Sauna Botanica

Join us at Lanow for a special Opening Ceremony with Sauna Del Soul. More than a sauna session, Sauna Botanica is a guided 90-minute ritual journey through heat, botanicals and cold immersion. Moving through 3-4 carefully crafted sauna rounds, each infused with seasonal plants and aromatic botanicals, you’ll experience the restorative rhythm of heat and cold therapy in a welcoming and supportive setting.
No experience necessary and all welcome. Simply arrive, breathe and immerse yourself into the experience.
Expect aromas such as eucalyptus, mint, rose petals and wild herbs, a small group setting, suitable for all, guided relaxation and sensory experience.

As you arrive into the here and now at Lanow, connect and settle over coffee, cake and light conversation. Find equilibrium and a ‘sense of place’ with an inspiring walk around West Pentire headland. Explore the healing power of water through some blue health coaching practices and guided journalling. Return to your ‘self’ and feel revived with some contrast therapy within Lanow Sauna. Discovering how breath and dialling in to sensation can help you regulate your nervous system. Finally, ease into the spa pool and hot tub at Crantock Bay Holidays. Quiet your mind and ground your body before floating off into your weekend with a special ‘blue’ inspired gift from us...
