As you arrive into the here and now at Lanow, connect and settle over coffee, cake and light conversation. Find equilibrium and a ‘sense of place’ with an inspiring walk around West Pentire headland. Explore the healing power of water through some blue health coaching practices and guided journalling. Return to your ‘self’ and feel revived with some contrast therapy with Lanow Sauna. Discovering how breath and dialling in to sensation can help regulate your nervous system. Finally, ease into the spa pool and hot tub at Crantock Bay Holidays. Quiet your mind and ground your body before floating off into your weekend with a special ‘blue’ inspired gift from us…

We are also perfectly positioned on the South West Coastal Path.
