Alternate between the heat and our two natural cold plunge baths, refresh beneath the cold bucket shower and rinse off with our hot outdoor showers. With a full glass frontage framing uninterrupted coastal views, every session offers a front-row seat to one of Cornwall's most beautiful landscapes.

Our sauna is available to book for 60 minute sessions. This time allows for changing before and after your sauna. We kindly ask that you leave the sauna area promptly at the end of your session to allow for a smooth changeover.
