Cancellation Policy
At Lanow Coffee & Sauna, we understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for all customers and to help us manage bookings effectively, please read our cancellation policy below.
Booking Confirmation:
All bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. Your session is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellations by You:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours of your session are non-refundable
No Shows:
If you do not attend your booked session without prior notice, your booking will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
We will do our best to accommodate date or time changes where possible if the enquiry was 48 hours or more before your original booking date. But this cannot be guaranteed and depends on availability. The easiest way to reschedule is to use the link in your confirmation email. Please note, you'll need to be outside of the 48-hour cancellation window.
Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time for your booked session. Late arrivals result in reduced session time, and we may not be able to extend your booking.
Cancellations by Us:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your session due to maintenance, weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Health & Safety:
For your safety, please ensure you are fit to use sauna facilities. If you have any medical concerns, consult a healthcare professional before booking.
